OrdersHow do I choose the right product?

Start with your skin goal, then keep the routine simple. If you are unsure, use the AI Skin Analyzer or message us with your skin type, current routine, and main concern. We will point you toward a calm starting place.

OrdersCan I change or cancel my order?

Message us as soon as possible. If the order has not been packed or handed to delivery, we can help adjust the item, address, or cancellation. Once it has shipped, we will guide you through the return or exchange process instead.

DeliveryWhere do you deliver?

We deliver across Cambodia. Phnom Penh orders are usually the fastest, while provincial delivery timing depends on the courier route and address details.

DeliveryHow long does delivery take?

Phnom Penh deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Provincial orders usually take 2-4 working days. During launches, promotions, and holidays, delivery may take a little longer.

PaymentWhat payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods may include online checkout options and local transfer methods shown at checkout. Please use the exact order reference when making a manual payment so we can confirm it quickly.

ReturnsWhat if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, outer packaging, and invoice. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution.

ReturnsCan I return opened skincare or cosmetics?

For hygiene and safety, opened skincare and cosmetics usually cannot be returned unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect. If your skin reacts badly, stop using the product and message us so we can review the routine with you.

Skin guidanceAre your products safe for sensitive skin?

Many of our formulas are selected with sensitive and tropical-climate skin in mind, but every skin is personal. Patch-test new products first, introduce one new product at a time, and stop if you notice stinging, swelling, rash, or persistent redness.

Skin guidanceCan I use these products while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some products may contain actives that are not ideal during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Check the product notes and ingredient list, and ask your doctor if you are unsure. We can help identify products to review, but we cannot replace medical advice.

CosmeticsHow do I choose my cushion or base shade?

Use undertone first, then depth. Cool undertones lean pink, warm undertones lean golden, and neutral sits between them. If you are between shades, choose the closer depth for your face and adjust with powder, blush, or bronzer.

CosmeticsAre cosmetics included in the skincare analyzer?

No. Cosmetics are handled separately from skincare recommendations. The analyzer focuses on visible skin needs and routine guidance, while makeup shade and finish decisions are treated as a separate shopping flow.

AI Skin AnalyzerIs the AI Skin Analyzer medical advice?

No. It reads visible cosmetic signals such as dryness, dullness, texture, and uneven tone. It does not diagnose medical conditions. For acne, eczema, allergy, infection, sudden irritation, or anything painful, please speak with a dermatologist or doctor.

AI Skin AnalyzerWhat happens to my photos?

Your photos are used to generate your analysis and improve your shopping guidance. We treat skin images as sensitive information and recommend only uploading clear, makeup-free photos you are comfortable sharing.

RoutineHow many products should I start with?

Start with fewer than you think: cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and one treatment if needed. Add new products slowly, about one at a time, so your skin has time to settle and you can understand what is helping.
